I’m super new to flying RC vehicles but this thing is easy to fly. I purchased to practice before getting into bigger vehicles and for beginner videography. So far it’s great. It's not the quickest thing to set up and fly, sometimes the connection between phone and vehicle can be somewhat slower than expected. I’m glad I got the fly more combo which has the 2 extra batteries (normally $~70 each) and the charging base that will charge 4 batteries at a time. The included bag/carrier is top notch and fits everything included.

Dont switch the signal from Remote to WIFI, they Mavic Air have a mother board problem with it.

This is the second drone that I have purchased, I also own the Phantom 3 SE. I really have seen significant improvements in the design of both the hardware and the software. I believe the quality of the raw images and 4K video meet what I had in my first drone. What I really like about the Mavic Air is the size. I am flying much more than with the Phantom, just because of the convenience of the small travel size. I am also using the Mavic Air for commercial work with luxury real estate. I get the limitations with the battery life, but most of my flying is done in 15-20 minute increments anyway. I bought the combo to have the three batteries. I also bought after market essentials, ND filters (they screw on ND 32 and ND 64, perfect), a controller case to leave the sticks in place, a car charger, and parabolic wifi extenders for the tough areas of wifi connections. I highly recommend the Mavic Air, I think you will find that you will fly more often than the Phantom series, unless you are doing serious commercial work.

Inside or outside this drone flies just fine. Pictures and video are amazing. Easy to sync up and ready to fly out of the box.

I was eyeing a DJI product for years but I never could determine which one I wanted. When the Mavic air was released, I eyed it for months. When I finally caved, I was so glad I did. The drone is a breeze to navigate, much easier than I was originally expecting. And after tons of shopping around, I figured the combo from Adorama was easily the best choice in regards to value. I felt comfortable knowing I was getting a good deal. And I love using the Mavic air, whether for recreational use or for class projects or side jobs.

I have it now for the third day. At this moment i have not been able to fly my aircraft, because Can't link remote after connecting Mavic Air. Millions of tutorials, DJI support, Google and Youtube. (Nothing Work)

Hard to complain about it's flight abilities, just wish there was room for a larger sensor camera. The 12 MP sensor works well, but has limited dynamic range.

The new DJI Mavic Air is by far the best small drone out there. It delivers on all areas, video quality, intelligent flight, and overall avionics package. The fact that the Air delivers such high quality flight and video quality in such a small and well thought out design will mean you will never miss the moment as the Air will be with you at all times. The Mavic Pro was a game changer and the new Air takes all the Pro advantages (great video in small package) and greatly improved on them in every aspect.
