Although current industry standard is USB 3.0 technology for higher data transfer speeds, the bargain here can't be beat. I am writing this because I just saw the "Most Like Negative Review" for it was from a person that doesn't understand how flash memory works. I bought this for a friend, for CHEAP and FREE SHIPPING and I even borrowed it myself when I didn't have a flash drive handy. It arrived before the expected date. Perfect for backing up lots of hi-resolution photos, documents or whatever. If you need to copy more than 22 movies at a time (assuming DIVX high-quality HD compression) and IN A HURRY, then this isn't for you. Go for higher storage capacity and USB 3.0 for speed, assuming your PC has a port for that (it looks blue instead of white, google it). But for us 99% of users, this product and it's supplier are what we are looking for. I got my shipment ahead of schedule even. Thanks, J

Love the USB drive! It has a little hook to put it on your keychain if need to. I like that there isn't a cap for it, that it just slides in and out, because I've lost several caps before. Good price too.

Would you spend $6.00 to back up your photos, Mp3s or other important files? Sure you would. Get one of these and save yourself a pile of headaches. It's cheap insurance.

The flash drive works well, but it feels cheap. The flash drive only comes with 14.9 GB (14.8GB of which is usable), not 16GB.
