HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4101dw Wireless Black & White
Very disappointed in how the cost of printer ink has gone up. When ink cartridge costs appear to be what they were a couple of years ago, they are a fraction of the size they were previously. On my old printer that I had from 2016 to 2024, the cartridges were big and I could do a lot of pages - in 8 years I averaged pages per cartridge (I always use the XL cartridges) as 7,530 (Y), 7,480 (C), 9,500 (M) and 8,379 (B) and the cartridges started out in the $60 to $65 range. Now, those same cartridges cost $245 each for colored and $253 for the black. I got a new printer last spring and the cartridges are midgets in comparison and the cost per XL cartridge is $63 for each color and $84 for the black and the pages it prints is between 1,346 to 1,569 pages for each cartridge. Absolutely ridiculous. I have now bought a printer that only prints in black. I can't afford the color printers anymore.

Robust product
We purchased for the scan to email cabaility. Works well with the press of 2 buttons the document is on its way. Double sided printing is nice and LCD display is user intuitive.

"DOCUMENT JAM"
We have 3 of these - they keep saying "jam in document feeder" when there is nothing in the document feeder - we have to power off the printer to get rid of the error message - it's very irritating ... Our IT people called HP and they said to unplug the printer during the error message and it would resolve the issue - it did not - it is a constant issue for which we have not had a solution to...

Great business printer
Printer is simple, connects to all my devices. Prints quietly and I don't have the expense of Color toners

Great printer but connecting took time
The printer is excellent. Prints are exceptional over ink jet. I'm very pleased that I went laser. I dropped one star because I had some trouble connecting it to my system. I had to make a phone call to HP. The tech was very helpful but I did spend a lot of time getting the connection to work.

Unable to Connect to the Wireless Network
Followed all the (confusing) instructions and am unable to get the printer to find, and sign in to the network, despite having the correct password, the printer being 3' from the computer and the router within 10'.

Great for Front Office
This is the perfect front office printer for our reception area. Compact and easy to use. I recommend purchasing the XL printer cartridge to take advantage of the added value in copying/printing capacity.
