I am blown away by the difference having this soundboard makes compared to the television speaker only. Truly an amazing upgrade that enhances all types of programming. I have not used this with Spotify as yet but look forward to it with great eagerness. Well done!

The sound bar is just ok. It often stops working and disconnects. We went decades with our 321 system with no issues. I'm not happy and wouldn't recommend.

I purchased this specific model because it listed as a feature that using Artificial Intelligence the device can focus on dialogue and make it clearer. I'm happy to report it really works.

I bought recently the smart sound bar . I am using this since then . It is amazing and excellent crisp sound. The dialogues are crisp and crystal clear which i needed badly. Previously I couldn't be able to hear the dialogues that much clear and I used to depend on captions. Now I don't need. The listening music is great with Bose particularly Indian classical music. This I purchased to take it to India where I can enjoy music and movies in atmos .you can adjust the music as per your taste from Bose app. Thank you Bose for the excellent technology in a small bar.

This is the 3rd Smart Soundbar I have purchased. Returned the first two due to CEC problems. All 3 soundbars have the same CEC problem. The soundbar keeps disconnecting from my Sony Bravia tv no matter which CEC option is selected. This happens 10-20 times a day. Will not purchase Bose products in the future. Too bad because the sound is quite impressive when soundbar works.

I've been wanting a Bose speaker for so many years. I finally got the Bose Smart Soundbar and I'm loving it! I look forward to using it every day. I can hear the musical instruments crisp and clear. This was the upgrade my motor home needed. My motor home came with the Bose TV bar. While this was sufficient for tv sound, music was tinny and hollow. I decided to upgrade to this soundbar and am so happy with the music experience. Rich sound, easy pairing to my phone via Bluetooth and a simple remote to control the bar. This is my sixth Bose product over the years and it strengthens brand loyalty.

I've had this product for the several months and it's all I need to enhance the sound on my Samsung TV. Setup was a breeze and the app makes it easy to navigate through the different settings. I've always been a huge Bose fan and this certainly doesn't disappoint!

looks good and sounds very good. no hassle to set up. dialogue and speech are nicely enhanced for easy listening and understanding. it does get a bit clunky when going back to TV after listening to radio through the soundbar. takes a bit of fiddling around to get the TV and soundbar back in unison.

It's good, but I bought it to use as a surround sound bar. The website says it will sync with the main soundbar, and it does. However, once I sync it, the voice sync messes up. I had to remove the additional soundbar from the group on the app to fix the voice sync. I also passed the return date, so I'm stuck with it.

Got this soundbar about 7 weeks ago for our bar room. We also have a soundbar 700 in living room. This soundbar is incredible for the price - would highly recommend. Connected easily to the bass module and surround speakers !

I purchased the BOSE SMART SOUNDBAR about a month ago to improve the sound quality of my new SONY BRAVIA 8 television. Setting up the soundbar was very easy by following the directions provided by Bose. Sound quality is crisp and movie dialog is easier to understand. The Bose App is very helpful in customizing the soundbar. I'm using the soundbar with Apple TV and they integrate well with each other. The soundbar fits nicely under my TV set stand.
