I bought my earbuds as a comfortable option to block out the noise from a very noisy (jackhammering) 12 month renovation next door. It's supper easy to tap through the 3 levels of noise cancelling and the Quiet mode does the job for me.

Only a couple of days use so far. Easy to set up and fully charge. Sound is fantastic in all modes.

Having never owned noise cancelling earbuds before I decided to buy these earbuds 2 weeks ago for a long haul holiday. After initial set up on the app, the left ear buds stopped working so had to carry out a full reset. No issues since so?? The earbuds themselves are quality and the noise cancelling is great and only bettered by BOSE overear headphones. Big ??and impressed so far.

I enjoy my ear buds a lot. A lot . I received them as a Christmas present never had a par before. Worked terrific. Unfortunately I somehow lossed them a had to purchase another pair before my Daughter found out. Done bought another pair works great but I did have to pay $300 .

I would avoid these at all cost, for the price they have a cheap feel, sound is good, however, after only a month of use they have failed and the customer service at Bose is worse than useless. I'm switching back to my Apple Air Pods!

I like to listen to books, while my husband watches tv, and these ear buds make it possible. The quiet and immersion modes make all the difference when i want to just focus on one thing at a time. Comfortable enough to wear on the treadmill without falling out.

I originally bought a pair of Bowers and Wilkins Pi8 but got very frustrated with the constant Bluetooth dropping out. Swapped to these and the difference is night and day! Particularly the ANC. Far better than the B&W!!! Get them. They are great !

This is my second pair of Quiet Confort Ultra earbuds. I had the first generation and love them. These new ones are an upgrade with the wireless charging. The first pair eventually the battery degraded and the charging port was becoming unreliable after so much repeated use. The wireless charging fixes that. The Bose software does let the product down somewhat being often buggy. But ignoring the native software the earbuds pair with my phone fine using the internal Bluetooth. All in all an excellent product. Spend some time improving the software and it will be unbeatable.

I love Bose products and have purchased many over ear and earbuds in the past. I have been very satisfied with the overall performance of the Bose product when compared to other noise canceling products. Unfortunately, it seems like the competition is catching up as I was hoping for better noise cancelation for the price of this product. Solid bass and features like a basic EQ still differentiate this product from its competitors but it is difficult justifying paying a premium for these minor differences.

The noise cancelling on these is really great, however I've had a few issues so far. These fall out of my ears really easily. I've tried the different band and ear piece sizes, but they still feel unstable in my ears so I wouldn't be comfortable wearing these outside of the house. That being said, they are the most comfortable noise cancelling earbud I've tried. I'm also having a real issue with pairing these. Often only one will pair and the other refuses to power up, so I've needed to reboot them several times in just the few weeks I've had them. There's also issue with audio quality when switching between a PC (personal) and Mac (professional). The audio is fine from my PC, but glitchy on my Mac despite going through the troubleshooting methods available.

So far these have been the best earbuds I've owned. The noise canceling is great, sound quality is excellent, and they are quite comfortable to wear even with my many ear piercings.

I bought this, and it's been great so far. The only thing I hate about these earbuds is that when I have ANC mode on in the quiet mode in the app, and I go over a bump on the interstate, then it makes a loud pop noise in my ear and hurts my eardrum. The ANC is good when sitting still or walking in the hall to and from class.

I purchased these earbuds a couple of weeks ago. They are comfortable, deliver great sound, and act exquisitely as noise, dampening devices. The battery function is fabulous. I love them. The reason I didn't give five stars is because at 78 the directions and videos were not quite as user-friendly as I wish they were. If I could've given it five stars with an*to explain the only flaw that I see I would've given it five stars. I'm a practicing artist and teach in a Metals Studio where there is a lot of hammering. These fabulous noise dampening earbuds will both save my ears and sanity.
