My mind is not blown. I had expected it to be blown with such an expensive purchase from Bose. 1. The noise canceling is up-to 75% 2. After equalizer adjustments I could get the sound quality/experience to a good level In general I think I had built it up to be too good in my mind. I was saving up to buy these headphones.

Ears buds sound great especially when listen to music. I usually use them for phone use. But I do have one issue which is I have small ears and after about an hour they start to hurt. Other than that, they are great.

I am actually returning these for several reasons. 1. The ergonomics are off on these. I dropped 3 times in first week due to weird shape of case. Additionally, they are hard to pull out of case as there is no real place to grip them easily. 2. Functionality is not good. The ear piece is long and you are supposed to be able to change volume by sliding finder up and down but this will be mistaken for a long touch which will change mode from quiet to immersed to aware every time by accident. 3. Tap for start stop double tap for skip next has no confirmation sound (could be a setting, I never really looked) and feels delayed, never knowing if I tapped it correctly for the response I wanted. 4. Too sensitive, numerous time, my hair, or accidental touch of shoulder has stopped music. I have had them about a month and three times they would not hook up or be recognized by my phone eventhough paired. Today, it said the battery was dead, I plugged case in and immediately turned white indicating charged, had to unpair, repair, and in the middle of my workout, the right one quit working. It's a shame because the sound quality and noise canceling is amazing ??

Despite multiple emails and phone calls Bose choose to ignore that my delivery never arrived. Customer service shocking. Contacting my bank today as its been 2 weeks of chasing over this. No headphones, no money, no more excuses Bose!

I wasn't sure just how these would be while active, knowing the sound would be incredible. Happy to report I've had no problem with exercising and the fit has been no worry. I'd definitely recommend these for any purpose.

These earbuds have an excellent noise cancelling facility, however the app only works with Android 13 or above. As I bought my phone 4 years ago the app will not work. It is disappointing that Bose was so short-sighted in developing an app that needs a more recent version of Android - Windows 11 will run apps that I bought several years ago and Bose should ensure their apps do the same. For this reason, I won't buy any more devices from Bose that require an app. The app is why I've only given a 3 star rating.

These earbuds have a terrible fit. I cannot keep them in my ear. The sound is great until they get loose and fall out. I even bought better earrings on Etsy to hold them in but they only helped a bit. I had the frost bose quiet comfort earbuds and they are way better but they started having problems connecting to my phone which is the only reason I got these. Big disappointment.

I bought these less than a month ago and unfortunately have been disappointed considering the cost of the ear buds. For some reason the item was redirected to a collection point with no communication from Bose. Considering the amount of scam texts from couriers I received an update from them directly with order reference so couldn't be sure if the legitimacy. Now that I have had the ear buds for a couple weeks I have the same intermittent issue where the connection drops with my iPhone and the ear buds go into a continuous loop connecting and disconnecting or they simply can't be found and I have to replace them into the case to reset them. I've raised a warranty return and it's been a week and sign of the returns label or any progress. The email also stated it can take 3 weeks to replace. Overall this is a very lacking service and if there was a shop close to me I'd be dropping them in for a refund.

These are obviously incredibly expensive, but if you have the money to spare and aren't gonna lose them then I would say they're worth it! The noise cancellation is nuts, you put them in and it's like you're under water with how little of anything else you can hear. Also the quality of the sound is incredible, but for the price it had better be!

Decided to upgrade my Denon EarPods, having also had others. Super impressed with the sound quality, it's exceptional. Not quite found the right fit for hours of wear without discomfort but think that's just a thing associated with pods.

Happy with the ear pods, the fitting takes a bit of fiddling to get them on properly, my wife tried them using different rubbers but couldn't get them to fit securely, an over the neck cord or something to stop them being lost if they fall out would be good. The noise cancellation is very good, I will mainly use these on flights to watch movies & quieten it down for a snooze, I hope I don't loose them
