Used SmallHD DP4 4.3" On-Camera LCD Field Monitor

The SmallHD DP4 4.3" On-Camera LCD Field Monitor features HDMI, component and composite video inputs for compatibility with a range of cameras including GoPro, ENG, DSLR, RED and ARRI Alexa. With pass-through for both HDMI and composite video, source signal can be shared with another monitor or device without using additional hardware. This field monitor accepts Full HD 1080p input and is equipped with software that offers features such as focus assist, false color highlight, framing guides, image scaling, 1:1 pixel mapping, image flip and monochrome. Designed to be rugged, the DP4 Field Monitor features a milled aluminum front frame with hard plastic backing.

The included Canon 5D/7D Battery Bracket allows you to use your camera's batteries to power your DP4 field monitor. The bracket holds up to two Canon LP-E6 batteries (not included), which provide a run time of up to 4 hours. Hot-swap capability enables changing batteries one at a time without ever losing power to the monitor. The battery bracket snaps on and off with the use of a 1/4"-20 mount hole.

The DP4 On-Camera LCD Field Monitor also includes a cleaning cloth, acrylic screen protector, sun hood, power brick, right angle adapter, hot shoe, component breakout cable, 1.4' USB-A female to mini USB 5-pin cable and 1.5' mini HDMI to HDMI cable.

The DP4 is equiped with pro software featuring Focus Assist Plus, False Color and DSLR Scale Mode. Housed in a strong yet lightweight frame, the 4.3" monitor adds production value without adding the bulk.

Future-Minded Design
Updates for the DP4 can be downloaded and installed from the field using a USB flash drive. These free firmware upgrades keep your investment relevant.

1080P-Ready
Acceptance of high-bitrate signals such as 1080p is not a given on every EVF or small monitor on the market but is done painlessly on the DP4.

Use the Battery that Suits you
Not everyone uses the same battery-nor should they be forced to. The SmallHD have developed swappable battery plates for the DP4.
