There are many different types and styles of iPhone cases available. There are bumbers, sleeves, pouches, skins, wallets, flip and armband cases. I’d like to shed a light on the cases that amy be interesting to iPhone Photographers and Videoographers

These cases add significant bulk but the protection outweighs….. Cases that offer functionality and protectionin compact case design.

Heavyduty Cases: $25:99 -$29.99

These cases are tough enough to toss around and may protect your phone from acidentially falls. The cases have multiple layers of protection and the high end versions are fully enclosed to protect agains the elements. The cases are somewhat bulky but they provide a level of protection for the phone that is second to none. Otterbox and Ballistic both provide great to really protect the phone form the elements.

Battery Cases: $79:99 -$99.99

Protective battery cases that double your battery life are also an option. THey provide protection against impact and shock in a compact and thin profile.

They will provide a basic protective cover for the iPhone but without a screen cover to protect the glass from scratches. Both cases use a microUSB cable to similatanously recharge the battery on the phone and battery.

Waterproof Cases

These cases provide some serious waterproofing for the iPhone. These case’s are perfect for recording water sports, skiing, or boating. The Hitcase Pro & Optrix XD5 also comes with a wide angle lens. Both cases can be attached and mounted to sports equiptments to record crazy adventures.
