Cutting-Edge Connectivity

Profoto AirX maintains connectivity with existing Profoto remotes and devices with AirX enabled apps. The Pro-11 also revisits integrated TTL and is fully compatible with the optional Air Remote TTL-S/N/C/F for Sony, Nikon, FUJIFILM, and Canon. This allows wireless TTL and exposure compensation at distances up to 330′ in TTL or 1000′ in manual mode.

Through the Profoto apps, you’ll not only have a remote control and the freedom to connect and use your smartphone camera, but you’ll also enjoy wireless firmware updates as soon as they become available. This means streamlined compatibility with other connected Profoto products. As Profoto’s product manager Göran Maren said, “The connectivity between cameras, lights, and apps will define how professional images will be created going forward.”

The Profoto Pro-11 is a durable and rugged piece of gear with some incredible built-in specs that are made to last. Profoto has set the bar high with what’s sure to be one of the best future proof flashes you’ll ever own. “Could the Profoto Pro-11 be the ultimate studio flash? We’d like to think so.” Maren said.
