I've had my 2nd Gen Earbuds now for about 2 weeks. I must say that the sound quality listening to music is phenomenal and the included EQ in the app to taylor the sound to my liking is the bomb. What I don't like it the poor phone call quality sound. There is a significant delay and a pause of no sound when speaking to someone on the phone. You've all experienced the delay on a speakerphone when someone is talking and you need to speak but when you do there is an odd silence. Thats what is happening.

I recently upgraded from the QC II to this Ultra Gen 2. I find the [Bose] customer service and entire product experience to be outstanding.

Every that I wanted in an earplug / headphones apart from it pics up noises like a revolving door and makes weird noises when going through them. Also not brilliant when running outside as there isn't a perfect fit for my right ear but appreciate I likely to be in the minority. Sound volume control is hit and miss and hard to control when a little sweaty when exercising

This review is probably based on you using Foreign tech support. The earbuds make a static noise when I move my head, bounce in a truck ect. Called once could barely understand the person. Called again today same result. Asked to talk to someone from the US , same result. I have a lot of Bose stuff that I love . I don't know that I will buy anything else. Thanks

Bought these 2 weeks ago, bose sound is unmatched they sound amazing but wud not stay in my ears. The stability bands are not that stable for my ears I guess. I even bought the XL size and had no luck. If Bose comes with secure bands that keep in ur ear, i wud give 10 stars.

This is my 2nd pair. And as much as I loved the first, these are just a litte bit better. Not by much, but enough for me to enjoy them more. Maybe becuase of the change in color and how I use them, who knows, but I'm glad I did it.

I was told these earbuds have the best noise canceling on the market, however I am extremely disappointed in it. Even with quiet mode on and playing my music very loud I can still hear everything around me very clearly. The sound quality is good but the noise canceling is terrible. Everyone claims Bose has great ANC but honestly this just isn't true. Another thing I dislike is the fit, I've tried all the ear tips and stability pads and it still slips out of my ear, then when I go to push it back in my ear I pause my music because the touch controls are so sensitive. My music will also intermittently cut out because the Bluetooth connection is super weak. Overall a very poor quality product, I have started the return process already.

The ease of use once you've watched the demo is so easy and the sound quality is amazing, depth a quality not to mention when you take a call?. The person on the other end does. It hear anything else but your voice, I bought these for the noice cancelling quality and other brands I needed to stop work, these I can keep grinding away and the other person can hear me perfectly and so can I, truely worth the money

The sound on these is amazing, especially the immersive mode. They're definitely the best noise cancelling earbuds I have tried up to now, significantly better than any of apples products. However, one of the reasons I chose to return is the fit. They did not perform as well as I wanted them to during harder workouts. They kept slipping out anytime I would bend over doing chores around the house and such. I was constantly afraid of dropping them and damaging them since they're not cheap by any means. The sweat resistance is also lagging. At one point I even got really bad irritation in my left ear from adjusting it so much, I had to stop use for a day and unfortunately that isn't worth keeping for me. I have pretty small ear holes so maybe it's just a personal thing. I also didn't like that they were super sensitive to touch. If I got any sweaty hair on the sensors it would keep changing modes or pausing and playing non stop. Definitely give them a try though I went back and forth with returning or keeping so I do appreciate their 60 day return policy.

I love the color! The ANC sounds better than 1st gen. My only complaint is the fit. The wings are too small for me, even the XL ones from the extra sizing kit. Also, they don't come in pink, so I am using the black wings on my pink buds. I can only use these at the office in fear of them falling out outside and losing them.

I have invested in Bose products for over 40 years. Bose QC bud products are superior in sound. I didn't think it could get any better until I purchased Bose QC Utra 2. The modes and immersive audio options are magnificent.
