Had the series before this one for about 2 yrs and I loved, loved, loved them. Went to Jamaica this past October on vacation and left them poolside??. I was in denial for a while to think that I would find them somewhere in my luggage, but when I didn't I decided to buy myself a Xmas present and I'm glad I did. My favorite part is still the QC and I'm loving the new colors ??

Good for sitting around to listen to music. Best in class ANC, but ..... Not for active sessions (gym, cardio, golf range?) as the keep popping out no matter the wingtip/ear foam configuration. Also, the touch gestures are too sensitive.

I bought these as i wanted a more secure fit that Apple Airpods and after trying a pair on they fit the bill, sound is great and so is battery life

Got these for christmas. My biggest concern was long term comfort....these are more comfortable then my open ear head phones. Features are functional and easy too use.

Great Sound, Excelent Noise Cancelling (NC). My only gripe is when it is on "aware", there are times where the NC bleeds in if that makes sense. I work in the service restaurant so when someone drops and ice scoper it makes a long metal clang and although on "aware" it feels like it turns on NC and it slowly fades away. This is very annoying its like you ears get plugged and back to normal in a second.

I brought these earbuds i think 2 weeks ago now and I like them but there are some problems I would like to point out for my experience first the noise canceling is extremely good better than my last pair of earbuds but the noise canceling felt a little bit like if I were warming up my car were sometimes when I turn on noise canceling it's weak but however it gets stronger over time I don't like that when I turn on noise canceling i expect to work in full power immediately when I turn on another thing please update the software that why I can turn off the noise control because my old pair of earbuds could do that and most importantly I think is give the app some improvement put a dark mode on the app because I don't want to always keep getting flash banged ever time I open the bose app and one suggestion I would recommend you guys put is put a extra dark mode for people who own old screens on there phones and that's all I have to say.

Wow my old Bose QuietComfort earbuds started flaking out, so I bought these as replacement. WOW these are even more amazing than my old ones. The sound is incredible. I love them!! Oh and more comfortable, too. Only complaint is I am not used to the controls yet.

The sound quality in these are really amazing, but no matter what I do they will NOT stay in my ear. The old ones, that they don't sell anymore, stayed in great. Hopefully future generations will be better. But they are comfortable. I always have one in while I'm at work.

I am very happy with the performance of these ear buds. The fit is comfortable. The range is excellent. I do not have to keep my phone near me when walking the track at the gym. Even in the elevator I still receive reception while not carrying my phone.

Superior noise cancellation and sound quality. Battery life is just adequate -- only ca. 4 hours when in immersive audio mode. Other brands offer appreciably longer battery life. The charging case is also on the large side.

I bought these and after 2 days one ear bud would charge to 100% and the other to 60% tried through Bose to rectify this but nothing changed so returned them and will use my Bose Quite Comfort Earbuds II was disappointed but these things happen

I purchased the QC Ultra earbuds (2nd generation) as an upgrade to my generation 1's). Although my gen 1's continue to be great, the 2nd generation's are even better. They are really fantastic!
