Good Earbuds could have been better for the price.
Good sound and great noise cancelling. The connection could be better, my older NC 700 seems to have more stable connection when connected to multiple devices. The mic has choppy sound when connected to laptop and when calling on Whatsapp from phone. The fit is good and the earphones are comfortable but you'll need to lay them off for a while after couple hours of constant use. The battery life also could have been better but I can't complain with the noise cancelling being top notch. No one except bose can do it better. Overall 3.5/5 just because some things could have been better especially at this price.

Great update on 2nd Gen
I have only had these about a week, but I love them. From comfort to sound quality to ease of adjustability! I am so pleased, Im selling my QC Ultra headphones to get the 2nd Gen on those as well. Nice upgrades from first to 2nd gen.

The Outside World on Mute!
I purchased in the past 2 weeks, so have had a little time to use them. I particularly like the Advanced Noise Cancellation in Immersive Mode when walking through busy city streets. You can barely hear any traffic's or trams. I use the ear buds to make Teams calls and it's great as it blocks out all the office chatter around you. The overall sound quality is excellent, and EQ settings can be adjusted via the app. The earbuds come fitted with medium sized silicone buds but a set small and large ones in the box too. I received a complimentary silicone case as a promotional offer having purchased directly from Bose. At times when adjusting the bids when listening to music, it can knock your settings off, such as skipping to the next t track or stopping due to the fingertip controls being on the buds themselves. But this isn't too much of an issue. Happy with the purchase

Replacement for my old sports buds. Improvement in sound quality is outstanding plus noise cancellation,which my previous buds did not have, let's you enjoy your music without distractions

I bought this product to replace the earlier version which got lost and I am so happy with this product. I added the Airfly and using the two on flights is fantastic. Really good stereo sound

first pair ear buds
Got bose ear buds over a month ago. This first time owning pair earbuds. I believe for first pair you want to buy the best. After all the reading and watching youtube on reviews of the Ear buds. I picked these. I like the bose products. Never let me down on quality.

Use them everyday. Not happy with length of charge and hard to get them in the right spot in the case to charge. Takes alot longer to charge then the last 2 pairs of BOSE buds I have had. Sound quality is still great.

Poor customer service - missing free gift
I decided to purchase earbuds and chose the free gift option which was a free silicone case. My order was accepted and payment taken but no option to select the free gift as described. My assumption was that the free gift would be added. No silicone case arrived with the earbuds. I have called Bose several times without response. I have left my callback number on 2 occasions and never had a callback. I have used the chat both and never got a response. Hopefully this gets a response.

Love these earbuds
I bought these earbuds 2 weeks ago. I must say, I am very impressed with their sound quality, ease of setup on my I-phone. I love the Bose app as well, where I am able to further customize my sound experience. These earbuds have the best noise cancellation out of any other earbuds I have ever owned. I have always purchased apple air pods in the past, but I am really happy that I chose to try out these Bose earbuds out this time. Will definitely, be purchasing more Bose headphones in the future.

Violet Quietcomfort Gen Earbuds
I've had the gen 2 earbuds for a week. Honestly, I can't tell the diffrence between the first version of the quiet comfort ultra earbuds. I listened non stop for 4 hours, then they died. So, they didn't live up to the advertised listening time. I love the purple color. My only complain would be about the listening time.

A little expensive but the performance and noise cancelling on this product is second to none - forget apple / B&O this is what you need - reviews suggest no motion capability but a hats incorrect on my HiFi review ??????????

The best of the best.
I purchased the earbuds a couple of weeks ago I had a pair prior and the performance was great especially when working outdoors. I love the control that removes any sound interference from your surroundings. If you want the best you got to go with BOSE. Unfortunately they went on sale about a week after my purchase so I just missed out on savings.

Best noise canceling ever
Best noise canceling earbuds i have ever had before I had samsung galaxy pro 3's and I could all the noise in the gym now with these when the noise canceling is on i cant hear a bit of noise and I dont play my music very loud either cause I dont want to hurt my hearing.

Bought this a few weeks ago, so far so good. Everything is exceptional as regards to performance .Battery is fair, Noise canceling is amazing. The buds fit perfectly well and don't get loose, plus they don't feel heavy in the ears.

Music & N.C. GREAT / Phone calls NOT SO MUCH
I've had my 2nd Gen Earbuds now for about 2 weeks. I must say that the sound quality listening to music is phenomenal and the included EQ in the app to taylor the sound to my liking is the bomb. What I don't like it the poor phone call quality sound. There is a significant delay and a pause of no sound when speaking to someone on the phone. You've all experienced the delay on a speakerphone when someone is talking and you need to speak but when you do there is an odd silence. Thats what is happening.

Great design, superb sound.
I recently upgraded from the QC II to this Ultra Gen 2. I find the [Bose] customer service and entire product experience to be outstanding.

Some really great features but not perfect
Every that I wanted in an earplug / headphones apart from it pics up noises like a revolving door and makes weird noises when going through them.
Also not brilliant when running outside as there isn't a perfect fit for my right ear but appreciate I likely to be in the minority.
Sound volume control is hit and miss and hard to control when a little sweaty when exercising
