This rugged and lightweight OM1 orange 62.5-micron multimode tactical fiber snake is designed with LC connectors, making it an ideal choice for field production in outside broadcast, rental houses, and more.

This highly flexible, tight-buffered tactical cable features internal aramid strength members, providing exceptional crush resistance in high traffic areas when handled correctly. Its polyurethane outer sheath is designed to withstand crushing by both military tanks and outside broadcast vehicles, ensuring durability and longevity.

Each assembly is multi-stage machine polished and tested, built in our Fiber Shop with OCC Multichannel Tactical Cable and heavy-duty connectors with dust caps. The individual channels are ruggedized with Orange Techflex Protection and a 36-inch fanout, offering enhanced protection and durability.

The compact, round cable design facilitates easy transportation and deployment, making it suitable for use in adverse environments where reduced size and weight are crucial. The helically stranded cable core offers flexibility, deployment survivability, and exceptional mechanical protection for the optical fibers.

The crush-resistant and resilient design features a thick layer of aramid strength members. The polyurethane jacket provides abrasion, cut, and chemical resistance, meeting and exceeding MIL-PRF-85045 specifications. The fanouts are color-coded with Orange Techflex for added protection.

The cable features a strong, lightweight, rugged tight-buffered design for commercial, broadcast, and military applications. Please note that the Camplex Tactical Fiber Snake Reel includes broadcast fiber optic cable reels with a connector protection cavity and a hinged latching door. Each reel is carefully selected to ensure proper support and the critical bend radius required by fiber optic cables. For cables over 25 feet, storage on a cable reel is recommended. Custom lengths and configurations are always available.
