JBL Reflect Aero True Wireless Active Noise Canceling In-Ear Earbuds

The right earbud has terrible battery life. I tried running a 5k with these 4 times and it goes out before 25 mins, despite being fully charged beforehand. Tried fully charging them again and now the right one seems to go from full charge to ~60% in a matter of minutes. The left one does fine, but I don't want just one earbud.

the sound/ music / bass . is amazing. as for the noise cancelling it works well. but with phone calls most of the times ppl hear whats around better than my voice. i had for over 6 month till now i can get them to fit in my ears correctly NEVER. IT ALWAYS SAYS CHECK SEAL. ITS BAD. I NEVER could get them to fit and seal perfectly no matter what i do.. its sucks too much. do not recommend . not worth the money

I bought this over a month ago and now I tried to use it . I charge it completely and then sync it with my phone but the headphone on the right side keeps disconnecting and now it's not working at all. I also tried resetting it and syncing it again but it's not working. I don't have any issues with the other set I got . Little disappointed because I never had an issue with any of the others JBL products I got. Will gladly appreciate it's someone can help me with that .

Hands down the worst headphones ive ever owned, 90% of the time only one ear pod will connect, it almost never fully charges, only about half way. When they do connect, they won't operate properly, playing when you put them back in the case and when you take them out of your ear. If these weren't a gift I would have returned them weeks ago. My 3$ temu headphones connect and function better than these. Do not buy, would not recommend.

I bought to try out to use in my lawncare business. The unfortunate thing with some is they claim noise cancellation, but you have to turn up the volume so loud you are damaging your hearing. They also seem to stay in are very comfortable.

ANC doesnt works well. The headphones keep on falling out from the ear even though i have changed the ear tips you have to really press them hard into your ear for them to stay there. But the biggest turn off is the ANC function. If you are buying it for Music they are great but not for answering calls or attending meetings

Terrible product, it misses on almost every level. The earbuds are too big and constantly fall out of your ears despite the adjustment bands. They sit poorly in the charger and often times don't turn off when put away. The battery life is abysmal when they do charge and despite some amount of waterproofing, the speakers started crackling when slightly misted and have done that ever since. The one decent spot is that the sound quality is decent but frankly, who cares if they won't stay in your ear, will run out of battery quickly, and are already breaking with light use.

These eat buds have excellent sound and also the fit in my ears is perfect. The Bluetooth connectivity is flawless as is with all JBL products.

I think the sound quality is great and I like the look of them and the case they come in is nice. Definitely a quality design. However, I bought these for exercising and no matter which tips or wings I try, they simply won't stay in my ears. In the fit test, I can't seem to get a good fit in one of my ears. I think the issue is the shape of the body of the bud just can't fit snugly in my ears. Maybe this is more a review of my weirdly shaped ears. The other issue is that many times I'm putting them in, something happens with the noise cancelling that causes the buds to temporarily make either an ear splitting chirping noise or a low rumbling bass. Both are kind of a rapid pulse. Finally, when I'm trying to stuff them in (which can be quite tricky and painful for my ears) I usually end up touching the outside of the bud in a way that activates the controls accidentally. Kind of a hassle. I really wanted to like these headphones because others seem to swear by them, but unfortunately I think I'll be returning them.

I have used JBL products for years and have been very happy with them all. The problem with these wireless earbuds is not the product so much as they are incompatible with my ears(!?). Absolutely can not keep them in place. I have had other JBL wireless and true wireless that have worked just fine. Well, mostly fine. The reason for this purchase was to replace the pair that fell out while I was running and were ran over by passing car.

I was on Facebook and saw a deal you had on these headphones. It was a major discount and couldn't pass it up. I ordered them. They came really quickly. They were super easy to set up and I was able to use the Jbl app and connected them with ease. The sound quality is amazing, I really love bass. I own othe JBL products and have always had a amazing sound quality. They only thing I found that stopped me from giving them a 5 star is that they do seem to hurt my ears after about a few hours of use. Tried the different ear pieces, I found the correct fit but still the do make my ears sore. Other then that the batter life is strong. I think for the price probably the best pair of ear buds I have gotten at such a deal.

many reviews are right, it doesn't stay in your ear properly so definitely not for gym. I am happy that i got it very affordable. It already fell off my ears few times.

I bought these because I received a great price. I was pleasantly surprised by the great sound. Much better than my Apple earbuds, and they stay in my ears at the gym much better.

The bass quality is not as good as other JBL products I own, and the charging box is weird - whenever I put the earphones in the box, they still stay connected to my phone. So they don't go in properly and I always have to double check whether I got them to charge or not. Usually, there is a magnet or something that "pulls" the earphones in the right position without having to work for it.

I bought these a month ago and overall I'm happy with them. The noise canceling works very well and they sound great. I wish you could adjust the volume on them as it's annoying to do on my Apple Watch
