This was a birthday gift for the wife. She likes the look of it and the protection it offers...but she says it smells like fish so it has been sitting unused on her nightstand for almost a week. I'm not sure she'll ever bond with it.

I’ve had a month to use this on my iPad mini. It is the perfect solution for protection and allows me to stand it up so I can watch movies. I have had an otter box on all my devices and I will continue in the future.

This case is everything I wanted it to be. It's sturdy, and I feel it'll do a great job protecting my iPad mini 4. It's also sleek and really easy to use, whether I have my iPad in the horizontal or vertical position. I got the case in gray and it's super cute, too.

The case fits the Ipad mini 4 well and looks very durable. My only concern is that there is not a cover for the screen when it is folded back. I love my other Otter Box cases and hope this case will hold up to the occasional drop.

I purchased the Glacier Storm for my iPad mini 4 at the end of November. The product came in a timely manner but within a week I noticed that the material was beginning to run at the back seam. I called and received excellent service and a new case, but within two weeks of receiving my second Glacier Storm case it too has run at the same back seam, even worse then the first one. I have called again and will receive my third Glacier Storm and even though the service is amazing I don't think it is worth paying the shipping and handling costs every few weeks for a new case. There is a serious problem with the fabric .

I bought this item and it was very hard to get my iPad mini 4 into the case I was afraid I would break my iPad. When I got it in it was protected very well. But within a week the back part started tearing. We ordered a new one and that one started tearing. The service we got over the phone was very good though. Overall it does protect your iPad.

Bought Symmetry mini 4 iPad case a few weeks ago. There is no way to securely close the flap to the case. You have to have the case flat on the back to keep the case close. There is no magnet or any other method to close the flap

Super fast delivery to EU, and the case is a perfect fit for the iPad Mini 4. Used Otterbox previously (Commuter series) on two Blackberry smartphones, and automatically turned to them for the iPad protection. Smartphones and tablets are work-tools for me, I use and abuse them, so good protection from all angles is necessay, and this case does it all very well without the unnecessary bulk. 5 stars without hesitation.

I have used Otterbox cases for years. I typically use the defender series. For my new iPad mini 4 I wanted a case that was stylish as well as protected my investment. I decided to try the semmetry series. I love this case! It is stylish with the protection of Otterbox.

I splurged on an iPad mini with LTE for my wife. I wanted it protected and with a case that matched its quality. It's an awesome case with both portrait and landscape (a big plus). It has no annoyances that we've noticed, so it's a winner. Definitely the only case for average people I'd recommend today.

The Symmetry Series Folio offers a great combination of features. It has solid, all-around protection, but without the bulk. In fact, its sleek profile may have you wondering about its protection level until you bang it around and feel the hardness of the case. Its overall design is also very attractive (I have the black version and my wife has the Glacier Storm). I also found the front flap comes in handy for hanging the device on exercise equipment monitors when you want a higher viewing angle. The only thing missing for me would be an integrated slider cover for the front and back cameras. In today's hacked world, it's an essential feature that should be standard on every type of case. But besides that, it's highly recommended.

There is a limited selection of cases that have a fit specific to the iPad mini 4. After purchasing my new iPad mini 4, I started researching cases and found the selection to be lacking. I was able to find two good options: this Otterbox Symmetry Series Folio, and the Apple case. I have had an Apple case before, and while it would get the job done there are some aspects of the case that lack in protection. Additionally, I don't think they're all that great to look at. I decided to order the Otterbox case and I'm glad I did. The case fully protects the iPad, and is well designed. I particularly like the different viewing angles the case is capable of. The case feels very sturdy and durable, which is good because I commute with my iPad daily so the case must stand up to the demands of the daily commute.

I would probably have given a rating of 4-5 but for one major fault. My last cover had a magnetic closure that would shut my iPad off, the Symmetry Series Folio does not. I have had the iPad continue running until it drains the battery and that's a pain.

I was really excited about the release of the new Symmetry case for my iPad mini 4, due to tiring of otterbox never improving the silicone slip cover on the defender cases and it stretching out of shape every three months or less. So far the symmetry case has gotten rid of that issue but the ridges could be a bit more defined that allow you to stand the iPad either horizontally or vertically because the current ridges don't hold the iPad up it usually keeps slipping over them, and I keep having to wrestle with it to keep it standing. Plus it could allow for a bit more of an slant or tilt on the horizontal view instead of pretty much being straight making it hard to view the screen.

I find cases that provide protection to be bulky and not stylish at all. This case however exceeded my expectations. I love the protective folio cover texture. It wraps around and magnetically attaches to the back. The inside where the iPad fits snugly in a case protects all the way to the screen and up and provides a lip over the screen. This by no means is a bulky case. The plastic part that encases the iPad is sturdy yet flexible, and easy to slide the iPad into. Stylish, comfortable to hold, and definitely protective of my precious iPad, I am very happy with this purchase!
