I don't know why it's taken me this long to purchase Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020. It's the ideal photo editor for a non-professional like me who still wants capabilities afforded to the pros. I was improving pictures within 15 minutes of installing the program. In a word, it's "awesome!"

Very Happy with the updates.
Love this software. Easy to use and accomplishes everything I want. I've been using this editing software since version 2010. All of the updates have been weel thought out and only enhances the experience you acheive when using the lates version!

Easy to use but as complicated as you want.
This is the first time I have used a Photoshop program and am finding it easy to use. I have colorized b/w photos with just a few clicks. Once I learn more there are many more projects that I will work on.

Adobe paranoia is not worth the product they sell.
Half a day to install all due to Adobe extreme paranoia.
Adobe issued serial number would not install.
Install window said “serial number was invalid”
So after reinstalls, system restarts and relentless Adobe “help” pages I did a chat/text conversation with Adobe. After three people and 45 minutes of Adobe Chat the tech guy says the serial number is good to go.... I had to tell him again it wouldn’t accept my serial number.... after more back and forth I had to allow the Adobe Technician full control of my computer via remote access.
He deleted a sub file script and the issue was resolved.
Adobe paranoia is the sole reason for the issue.
I’ll never buy there product again.

Awesome. Ultimately I bought it for Canon M200 which isn't supported yet. I tested it on some of my older raw files. I returned it for now but will buy it again if they add M200 raw support.

Elements 2020: Will it work if the Mac system is upgraded again?
It’s Photoshop Elements and it works OK. But it was a big disappointment to see my Photoshop Elements 2019 expire because its failure to work in the new Mac operating system makes it useless.

Everything you’d need to fix up photos that can’t be replaced
I’m not a big fan of photo editing software but sometime we don’t have any other choice. Restoring old scanned photos or films can be quite a pain and time consuming, but with the help of a software it can be restored easily and quickly. If you’re willing to spend some time and figure out how to use it, the end result is very rewarding when you can restore color faded photos, remove scratches, fix under/over exposed pictures up to a certain point, etc. There are so much more you can do but it will take some practice and learning in the area of your interest since not everything can be done with a single click of a button.
Just like anything else, it will take some time for you to be good at but the software already provides everything you’d need to fix up photos that can’t be replaced. If you want great pictures, it is always better to spend time and take pictures at the moment with a camera instead of trying to fix it later with a software; sunlight color saturation looks so much better than a fake color saturated pictures.
