Sound was great. Mic for business calls was amazing even in crowded areas like restaurants or cafes. Neck band is a little bulky for under your shirt collar and too heavy for outside your shirt because it will slide down your back. I had it for 1 year and 17 days before it died and stopped charging. Now it only works when plugged in. It was also choppy when connected to my Amazon firestick via Bluetooth but all my Jabra headsets did that. My be a software thing.

I want to give these headphones 5 stars. I really really do. They sound fantastic, they are very comfortable, battery life is great too. But after only owning them for 45ish days, the microphone on the outside of the left ear bud is busted and it kills my ear with a nasty scratching noise if the active noise cancellation or hear through modes are on. I bought this model specifically because of how well they cancelled noise and how clearly the mic picks up your voice. They still sound great and I still use them, but it is very disappointing that they broke so quickly...

I have been tasked to certify the Evolve 75e for our enterprise. I have identified several shortcomings with your product which makes it difficult for me to recommend throughout our company. Shortcomings like the following make it difficult for me to approve for use in our company: - The setup process is not intuitive - The transition between mobile devices and PC/Macs is not as seamless as expected - The noise cancellation does not muffle the sound while speaking on the headsets. It only drowns the noise when the speaker stops speaking. This is NOT what was advertised. I am open to discuss this with someone from Jabra prior to my final recommendation which is next Monday, Oct. 21st.

Surprisingly good sound, and fantastic mic and call functionality. Unfortunately some design challenges brought it down. Good sound for music, but not the best, as the eargels don’t seal well. Call quality was very very good. Being able to manually activate hearthrough modes ext with buttons was great (evolve 65e doesn’t let you do that.) and the fact it seamlessly connects to two phones is FANTASTIC and works seamlessly. Earbuds themselves were uncomfortable to me after a while due to their shape, but are comfortable for short periods. The Evolve 65e buds are slightly smaller and a little more comfortable over time. The evolve 65e comes with a phone app, but for some inexplicable reason, the evolve 75e is not compatible. I accept in a device made for phone calls that’s this expensive. The battery pack in back posed some challenges. While I much prefer this design over the solid horse collars like on the Bose system, the flatness of the curve in the back, and having most of the weight there meant that when wearing a shirt with a collar, the neck and would fall behind me constantly, and I’d have to adjust it frequently. However battery life is tremendous (with ANC off; on, it wouldn’t quite get through a workday, but still better than anything out there short of full size headphones) In the end, these were great, and I really wanted to love them. Only the earbud comfort, and neckband battery shape/weight issues kept it from working out for me. Currently I’m using the Evolve 65e (the one with the thin neckband and the batteries in front) and so far it’s a little more comfortable in the ear and stays around my neck better. I do miss the ANC and hear though button from the evolve 75e, but they moved the mute button to the mic, which seems more intuitive.

The audio quality is very high and it works as per description with the possibility to connect multiple phones/devices at the same time, unfortunately it seems to not be supported by the Jabra mobile app.

The headset works well. I have used it for a month now. The audio calls works really well. The called party can hear my voice clearly without the ambient noise. This is the main reason I moved from Plantronics 6200UC to this. The microphone also works with Google Assistant which is pretty useful when I'm driving. The only fault with the microphone design is that the microphone wire is angled forward along the jaw to get the mic closer to mouth I guess. This to me is distracting. Sometimes the headset tends pivot around the thick microphone cable and move about around the neck. The audio playback in stereo is grea. The music is crisp and vocals clear. The volume range isn't as high as I expected.

Good earphone with good sound and good noise cancelling. Noise cancelling works good for a in-ear device. Also in an airplane is the noise cancelling very much noticeable and useful. In the office you still hear your colleagues a little. This could have been more muffled but is ok. Audio quality is good, voice quality is very good. No lag when watching a video. Battery time is excellent. According Jabra about 14 hours ! Comfort is also good. The fit is solid.

Good headset. Sound quality good. Portability good. Battery life is not as advertised. ANC kills battery very quickly to the point where it’s not practical to use it while traveling and you don’t have a power source. Bluetooth can be tricky to setup and sometimes has connection issues when phone is in my pocket.

Solid build quality. The audio is poor. Every meeting, my colleagues tell me I sound like a robot or the audio is cutting out. The PC is fully updated as well as the firmware, etc. I’ve tried different rooms of the house, different offices and no change. Guess I got a lemon or something.

Overall, the Jabra Evolve 75e is a top of the line neckband/headset. Call quality is phenomenal, reliable and clear. Callers report that noise reduction is excellent. Bluetooth switching with my iPhone X, my PC, my conf call apps (WebEx and GTM) and my car's BT transmitter is reliably flawless (well done!!). Siri works great. Battery life is acceptable, not fantastic (I get a full day of moderate use, as advertised). HearThrough chops that down. Takes longer than I'd like to charge. Materials are high-quality, if heavy. Touch controls are acceptable once you get used to them. As an IT pro, it's not great with a collared shirt - unit falls off my neck regularly even after adjusting as instructed. Is not exactly comfortable over or under a shirt. Ear gels are *the* biggest issue - tried all sizes and earwigs and the oval shape and material simply doesn't get a perfect seal and detracts from the cool HearThrough feature. Never had this problem with other headsets, so it's you, Jabra. FIX THIS PLEASE. The foldback on the earbud wires is just "OK" but it tends to rub against my face which is annoying but fairly ignorable. All-in-all a good product, but not quite worth the price tag until these flaws are fixed.

If I would had to pay for these active noise cancelling earbuds, I definitely would have returned them. I don't feel the earbuds are even designed right to where they actually comfortably go into the ear and stay there. They constantly pop out. My co-worker said to that they hurt his ear after many hours of wearing them. I'm just not sure what the intention of the designer was for these. I buy active noise cancelling because I want outside noise predominantly blocked out. I don't expect complete silence, but maybe 80% of noise blocked out. The rubber tips are poorly designed compared to what I expected. They barely go into the ear, constantly pop out. The earbud tips rubber is way too thin. I feel like I constantly have to push them back into my ear. The hard plastic part of the wrap around is about 2 inches too long, as sometimes, just turning my head, causes the earbud to pop out. What else is completely weird and annoying is getting whatever I'm listening to, to just pause. Typically the button between the vol up/down pauses whatever your listening to, but not working for me at all. I have to pull out my iphone and pause using that instead. I ended up buying earbud tips that were thicker rubber just so I could tolerate listening and minimize but not eliminate the earbuds popping out of my ears just going about whatever I typically do. The battery life is about the only good thing I would note, until these are hopefully redesigned.

I purchased this headset to use in an office environment. The microphone on this product is very very very bad. I work in a call center, if my customer can't hear me clearly I'm not doing my job. The ear bugs works fine, great sound quality there. But the microphone, I horrible.

There are two items that can be improved with this headphone. 1) Provide Memory Foam based ear pieces not silicon type which does not secure the ear pieces. 2) When headphones are actively paired to both PC and phone, it constantly drops the connections to the PC. This I think is a SW glitch, this needs to be fixed. Otherwise, these are excellent work/pleasure headphones and has good fidelity for those of you are music lovers. ANC also helps greatly to cut down on external noise during a conversation.

Wonderfol sound, very good battery, lovely with a short time to chage the headset! Perfect in offices and probably also at ABW offices as well as those you talk to, perfect for me, even if there is noise around me.

Low Quality unfortable to use device 1. The design and positioning of the buttons is unfortable to use, the volume and ANC and specially yhe most inportant of all Mute. 1.1 A little too long so it feels like wearing a tie hanging down your neck when not in use, not to mention the earbuds tend to fall off. 2.ANC barely noticible, not to mention the listen in option, might as well just pause the music, thats is how much difference it makes witht the exception the music or video keeps going with you hearing nothing. 3.Low quality first pair stoped working within the week, read a feew reviews that stated this should have follwed 4. I have 2 phones + the dongle on the computer very hard to go back and forth computer cell phone cell phone to cell phone, keeps disconnecting or not plying having to either turn the headphones off and on or the bluetooth on the phone. 5. Very decent audio quality for music and fair for calls, with the large earbuds provides good pasive noise cancelarions. 6. Funky unpacking experience looks nice but no way to put thwm back in the pouch without taking the insides out, or spending 5 minutes put them away and take them out. 7.battery life mediocre will last through the day but used to have the Samsung old old gear circle and provided superior battery life, not fair comparison as the gear had no ANC.

It works really well, but I have small ear canals and the earpieces won't stay seated properly for very long. The smallest ear tips available for the Evolve 75e are too big for my ears. If it fit my ears properly I would give it five stars. My ears won't hold buds in place (I'm one of the 10% who don't have the groove in my outer ear to hold buds in place), so I need plug-style tips. Guess I'm going back to open-air cans.

This headset has excelled where others have not. They're bridging the gap of having a headset that "consistently" works between a phone and PC connection. I've been using this with a cell phone, soft PC phone and PC video teleconferencing for the last two weeks with no issue. Because I've ended up using this everyday and night when I go to the gym, I have to charge it each night. It can easily handle 2-3 hours at the gym listening to music/watching video and another 4 hours (on average) us...
