O.K.lens

It's an O.K. lens but if you really want to go wide buy the Tamron 10-24 F 3.5 much faster, sharp picture, awesome lens,it will blow you away and of course by it from Adorama because no one else can come close to there price or customer care.

Very useful lens.

I use my Tamron Wide Angle Lens for group shots or photographing cars. It is nice that I can get the subject up close and still get the surroundings.

I cant believe I didnt have one before!!

I mainly use it for getting images of architecture or wide open scenics.. I cant believe i had to do without one of these for so long.. The only thing better would be a fisheye lens. I own several Tamron lenses and they are always top of the line for a better economical value than the "BRAND" names. If you dont have one get one awesome for tight areas where you want alot of the scene in your image.

Really neat lens

This is a neat lens that I use for streetphoto, panoramic views and to photograph buildings. It's not the common all round lens, but it's a must have in my bag. Small chromatic abbertion and on vinjetting. Love it!!

Great for Scenery

Due to the adjustments of focal lengths with digital SLR cameras, this lens has been great in providing wide angle for taking photos of scenery.
