worked less than a month, I went to Best Buy and had Geek Squad help me and my tablet works fine, I have had to order another router. When I called Netgear for assistance a man tried to tell me I had computer errors and that it would take $179.00 to repair the computer! I immediately hung up and will in the future by another brand, and before this is over, I may end up with another brand myself!

I needed a modem for my vacation home DSL, and wireless network for internet and printing. I took it to my local telephone company to adust two codes (took 5 minutes), plugged it in when I got home and was up and running within 10 seconds. Excellent range. Very satisfied.

To be my first experience with a router it hasn't been bad at all. Not only the price but the easy, quick and very efficient set up made this a really good experience for me. I was able to connect several devices super fast and the signal is really good too. Because while reading the reviews I found out router might not be working same good in about a year I think it was very wise to buy a $3.00 additional warranty to get a replacement whenever it stops working.

I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. Set up with Windows 7 was more intuitive than Vista. (I have one of each) However, I suspect this is more attributable to the operating systems than the product. Once they were running, it worked equally well on both.

This router was easy to setup and a joy to use. The secondary guest network feature works like a charm too!

Seems to work ok but i just got it. I can tell the range is better than my old 2wire router. i have a solid connection to most devices but i am having a problem connecting a vista laptop. Overall its ok, the price could be lower.

It seems that companies are only make their products to last only a year anymore. This router worked great for 11 months. Now, the wireless is very sporadic. I have 6 wireless devices and they ALL experience wireless dropout every few minutes to every 15-30 minutes. I have to reboot this router at least 5 times a day and that is just when I get tired of rebooting. Netgear customer service is lacking in desire to help resolve problems with their own products. As soon as the csr found out I had a Linksys media streamer he blamed ALL of the problems on it and would not continue helping me. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Speed up your home's wireless network with Netgear's RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N Gateway. The wireless router works as a modem for your ADSL2+ Internet service and utilizing 802.11n standards and signals at both the 2.4 and 5GHz bands, the RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N Gateway is able to transfer data at bit-rate of up to 600 Mbps with a strong signal throughout your home. The router is able to transmit over up to 23 free channels, so it avoids interference caused by Bluetooth devices, microwave ovens and other household electronics. With its strong signal, multiple antennas and dual-band capabilities, the router will let multiple computers simultaneously stream HD videos, use VoIP or play online games without lag.
