This printer completely stopped working less than a year after purchasing. When we attempted to use our warrenty BROTHER used every oppertunity to get out fixing or replacing our printer. After weeks of trying to mend the issue we were having they finally were allowing us to use our warrenty. Then, at the last minute they said because we didnt purchase the printer through an "authorized seller" ie: Amazon they were not going to us fix or replace the printer. So, I would not reccomend this printer nor would I reccomend purchasing a printer from this company.

I used HP printers for years but these Brother printers are the best. Thier software and user interfaces are intuitive and easy to use and rarely does the printer need to be reset (cycled off and on). They hold plenty of paper and more what's more valuable their ink tanks are large so you don't have that headache of changing the tank cartridges frequently. We converted both of the printers here to Brother.

I bought this printer in 2021 and have had more problems than expected and am now replacing it after only 3 years. I had problems with the wi-fi spontaneously disconnecting and ended up having to hard wire. It prints a stpid status page every morning even after multiple attempts at trouble shooting with Brother. Their customer service is crap and I am still waiting for a call back over two hours after being told to expect a call back in 15 minutes. Unfortunately that seems to be the way of customer service these days. The final nail in the coffin is that for the last 3 days in a row the printer has shut off during the night and fails to restart in the morning when the power button is pressed. I Googled it and found a trick where you unplug for 60 seconds then replug while holding the power button but what a hassle. I think it's dying and I can't afford to be without a printer so I just ordered a different model with more features and I am hoping for the best.

Printer is incredible, very quiet, very high quality printing. No regrets on this purchase, wish I would have bought it sooner. No more inkjet printers in my life ever!

This printer prints well and is relatively easy to use. I'm not a fan of the ink cartridge. We had one say it was empty when it wasn't, but because of the chip in it, we weren't able to bypass the printer and had to recycle a partially filled cartridge. Then when I replaced the cartridge, that one also wouldn't register. Fortunately brother replaced it. We'll see over time how it goes.

Excellent clarity - I do not need a specific photograph printer for photographs. I print at least seven crosswords per day that are heavy black ink users. I am still using the cartridges that came with the printer. Beats an ink-jet printer by a country mile.

We wanted an updated version for our home-based 10 year old printer. The new model is much lighter, has updated features, is more compact, and was easier to set up. The control panel is much easier to navigate, and the cycle from print request to finished product is under 30 seconds (vs a few minutes for the older MFC-9840-CDW). In fairness though, we are still in the 'honeymoon' period with the MFC-L3750CDW. We only use it infrequentl at this point, and the printer would be more active in late spring, so a product review would be more meaningful or appropriate after 6 months or so. When it works, it is a decent machine, but the machine has had at least 2 instances where it opted not to scan or print as requested. Very frustrating. There does not appear to be any reason for the 're-setting' but for a busy office, this would not work. Even Brother has not been able to explain, or correct, the problems. The machine simply works, or doesn't. The envelope printer will only do one at a time, which is a bit labour intense. The double sided scanning and copying is a nice feature but again, to use it is quite labour intense as it doesn't automatically do it from the ADF, you have to lay each page on the glass and then turn over. This was one of the reasons I purchased this particular model. But when it works as intended, it is a nice little office machine for a decent price.

Printer error after less than a year of owning it. Contacted support who said that I needed to purchase brother toner (which costs the same as the printer) in order to validate that it's not a 3rd party toner issue. Did that. Was told it was covered. Support found a loop hole because even though it was purchased brand new, it wasn't purchased from one of the "officially supported Brother suppliers." Highly recommend avoiding Brother and this model based on my headache and hassle and Brother's refusal to cover a faulty product that is actually covered within the given warranty period.

This machine is exactly what I needed and hoped it would be! Easy and intuitive to use, great printing, efficient scanning and auto feed, and nice to look at to boot! This was an upgrade for me from a Brother B & W, and I am very pleased I made the move! I highly recommend it!

My New Brother printer bought June 1st 2023 , LED screen went Fussy July 4th 2023. I went to Staples where i bought it . Told to Call Brother. Brother sent a re furbished Printer. Not sure why a new printer a month old needed to be replaced with a second hand one but they did. The replacement refurbished printer lasted a week. Then had to do it again. Still do not have the new refurbished printer and using the new old one with the bad LED screen. Very Very disappointed with Brother this time and i bought this printer because of my past good experiences with the older modal i had.

I love the Brother line of printers - used the MFC 6710 for YEARS AND YEARS.....I miss it only because I as able to print the larger drawings of 11 x 17 Ledger - too bad that Brother didn't make this one capable of doing the same.....I do like this MFC-L3750CDW - its clean, quiet, easy to maintain, great print quality...the largest I can print is the legal 8 1/2 x 14.....I do recommend this little printer...it does have a smaller footprint, so does not take up so much desk space...but good Lord!! It's heavy for it small size :)

I have looked at alot of printers before purchasing this printer, beside reading reviews. I choose this printer for what it can do and for the wifi connection capability. Let me tell you, i could not be any happier than now for my time spent. It works and performs better than i thought. Its quick in connection and printing. The quality is excellent. You wont make mistake with printer.

I do like the product, except it ALWAYS prints out a sheet of paper with the words GET/eSCL/ScannerStatusHTTP/1.1 Host:localhost each time I print something. Very annoying and a waste of paper. I wish someone could help get rid of this !

Very good product, easy to use. Loaded the software and did it's update with no issues at all. Supplies are reasonable compared to the competition. Great machine overall!
