Fast. Excellent looking print for real estate docs and other docs that need to be notarized. (I am a mobile notary and frequently print docs for my clients). I still struggle to get it to correctly print mixed sized papers (8.5" x 11" with 8.5" x 14" aka Letter size with Legal size). It will print out 150 correct Letter sized and then 1 correct Legal size, and I have to "fussy-print" the remaining Legal sizes. I use the Apple OS for both my MacBook and iMac desktop. I did download and use the Brother OS 10.X drivers with the Series BR-Script3 driver software choices for each type of Brother printer in my Home Office (I have 3 Brother laser dual-tray printers).

This model is one of the laser printers I will recommend to have dual tray for print jobs, it's so good!!

Due to covid 19 material shortages I waited 8 months to get this specific printer at MSRP very happy. Its solid , reliable , easy to network everything one needs for larger B&W laser printing.

Dual tray B&W printer

I returned this printer because I could not get it to work properly with my MacBook Pro, even after about 20-30 hours with the help of tech support

I bought this for business purposes and have had trouble with it from day 1

Problematic

I am a notary and bought this printer so I could use the dual tray feature. It prints pretty fast except from some programs for an unknown reason. The text is very clean and clear. It?s only jammed on me one time and was easy to fix. The only thing I would complain about is it does not automatically sort paper sizes if you?re using it from an iPad using air print. The whole reason I bought it was so that it would sort automatically. I do large loan packages that have a few hundred pages with different sizes of paper. Other than that I?m happy that I bought it. Also I wish it had a scanner on the automatic paper feeder. You can only print from a device.

Clean and fast printing

The printer is fast and easy to operate. I would have given it 5 stars but for some reason the fuser lasts only about 12000 printed pages. I have 2 older HL-L23000 that have over 200000 printed pages and are still with the original factory fuser.

Excellent machine - needs improvement on the fuser

I have two of these and they are Used regularly, we print up to 2000 mixed page sizes daily and the units are a workhorse. I value their Speed and quality,

I do a lot of refinance packages for people and was looking for a dual tray, fast, and not too expensive for the machine and toner; the HL-6200DWT was perfect.

Perfect for my mobile notary business

It's my second one.  The first one just wire out.  Never needed a repair.  My only issue is that i can't connect both wireless and wired.

Very easy to use and reliable.  It never jams.

i bought this because it was supposed to be compatible with mac technology.  WRONG.  mac has so many updates that Brother does not keep up. I got this mainly for its automatic dual tray- which i can no longer use because they wont provide a print driver for the new mac update.  Total waste of money.  So disappointing

If you have a MacBook Do not get this printer

I haven't had the opportunity to really put this printer to the test yet but it is working the way I need it to so far.

Just as described

I only have 6 months with my printer and it smudges and leaves specks of ink. Ive tried everything and I have finally given up.

So far the best business printer I’ve ever owned. Very easy to set up and consistent. Adorama’s customer service is second to none! Kept me updated on the back order and reassured me every time I called for an update on status. Would highly recommend printer and Adorama!

Best and easiest business printer!!

As of today there is nothing that we haven't liked so far.  We actually now have 2 of these printers in our office now. They are much quieter than the last printers that they replaced it makes communicating with customers on the phone and in person so much nicer when you can hear what the customer is saying.
