I have had these headphones for 6 months and they were really good, the sound quality was nice and crisp. However, the right ear has started to crackle and it sounds so awful, considering I’ve only had them for 6 months they seem quite flimsy

Bought there less than a year ago, and already the software has stopped functioning, the volume control is unpredictable and to be honest the sound quality doesn’t meet my expectations for the price. These are the equivalent of skullcandy’s $30 option in my opinion, or worse. Sorry Sony, you’re over.

I have had these for about a year and they have been great so far. I dont like 2 things about these :1.you can only connect them via bluetooth or nfc and not by cable and 2.the material is plastic and doesnt feel that great but doesnt feel bad either. They're quite comfortable but after some time your ears might hurt and u might get some ear swear. The battery is amazing i sometimes forget the last time i have charged them.

The use on the cellphone was good and easy like a headphone. BUT If you want an headphone to use on a laptop, don't waste your money!!! The first pairing was a little bit hard(not intuitive), but, with a little help of the manual and internet I finally can connect to my laptop!! And start other issues The headphone is recognized like two devices(headphone and hands free) For listen music works fine But..... if you want to make a call in Skype or Hangouts(meet), just work as a microphone, you can't listen nothing in the call, then I change from headphone to headset and doesn't work, again, from headset to headphone and doesn't work

Snapped where the headphone attaches to the headband. Seems like a design flaw. Got as a gift otherwise would have asked for a replacement (although they probably wouldn't last)

I've had these headphones a few months now, and wouldn't be without them during my commute. Great sound quality, easy to use and comfortable to wear when in use. I have them paired with an Iphone, and use them for calls. No complaints from my interlocutors re the microphone, which I have had with other headphones in the past. Another point to note - I have used Beats wireless headphones with the same phone, and much prefer the sound I get from these. The only niggle is that I have to extend them fully, and fold the earpiecies, to wear these headphones around my neck. As I usually don't keep them there, a small niggle indeed. Also, if I want to pair the headphones with more than one device, it isn't always easy to switch between them. To reconnect to my phone after being paired to my laptop for example, I need to set up a brand new pairing relationship rather than re-activating the existing one (ie rather than selecting , I need to and then search and connect again). I don't do this often as a result.

The headphones were great for first 10 weeks, functioned as they should, good sound quality. But after 10 weeks the volume control stopped working and sound was barely audible. Tried reverting to factory settings as instructed but didn't work. Sony were helpful in giving a refund.
