AirPrint in the wind
AirPrint is a PITA. Can't walk up and print. Have to go through some who-knows configuration including adventures in Google just to figure out how to get it to show up in AirPrint display.

Work horse but stubborn at "printing"
While the refurb printer is working like a horse, the lag between the time my computer tells my printer to "print" is excruciatingly l-o-n-g.

Does not always print
Seems to have some sort of issues. I have had to reboot it to get things to print a couple of times. I replaced the printer cable yesterday to see if that helps.

Don't buy refurbs!
Error codes said there was a bad motor. HP charged me a restocking fee to turn a broken printer. Don't buy refurbs!

Not happy
Product isn't good at all. I have to print "heavy" to get it print viewable good text and that makes printer slower. The xtra sheet tray add-on....not even sure it works. Not happy at all.

Good quality printer but only prints two sided
Even with duplex printing disabled, this printer only prints two sided. If you need a printer that prints one sided, this isn?t for you.

Have not used very much, so not sure of rating to
Putting it at a 4 star at present because I haven't used it much yet. Sometimes, the printer says it's offline, which prevents me from making prints. Lately, it's been working. If I see "printer offline" anymore, I'll plan to contact HP support to get their help.

Nice and Fast workgroup printer
Excellent speed for Monochrome printing from multiple workstations via land & wan; easy to configure. Had to downgrade the printing DPI to conserve toner but good work printer.

Great printer for wifi and USB connections
So far I love everything about this printer except that I have to manually change the setting from wifi to corded printing. I am able to print from my phone, my wifi laptop and my corded laptop. Prints fast at great quality. Highly recommend.

loading the paper is a pain
This printer prints well and fast but reloading the paper is a nightmare. You can't just open and slide the paper in, you have to almost pull the drawer all the way out to make it fit correctly.

Like this printer
I really like the printer, especially the 2nd (upper) tray. This is similar to one I had several years ago that died after several years of use.
I am a bit leery about buying refurbished items but this came with the usual HP 1 year warranty so we'll see how things work out.

It's a great product! I have always used HP laser printers but this one is my favorite, worth the money, prints quick and has option to print both sides.

Dependable, basic B&W Printer with MICR toner
Printer is easy to use and set up. It works as expected. The critical benefit of this printer is that it has the MICR toner, which not many other printers have. Still though, for basic black and white print function only, the cost of the machine is twice the price of what I'd want to pay.

Quality printing once it gets configured.
The print quality is excellent and the speed is impressive. I was disappointed a printer in this price range did not include WIFI and the installation and configuration was not without challenges.

Wish I never bought this printer
I about this a few months ago on Amazon. I deeply regret I ever bought this machine. The printer is constantly dropping off the wifi network and then it becomes a huge pain to come back online. Also, I consider the software and support to be worthless. Never again will I but HP

Can?t Go Wrong w HP LaserJet Pro 404dw
I was replacing a older HP laser printer that is still in excellent condition but wasn?t compatible with new operating systems. This new one was so simple to set up and prints so fast! I?m hopeful it will last as long as my old one which was 20+ years. I would only buy HP printers. Their products and customer support are the best!
