Could not be more happy with my new Brother Laser Printer. It does everything that I need it to and even has a flatbed scanner. I finally made the leap from HP to Brother and I do not regret it at all! The printer is super easy to set up as well as easy to use. It is a quality machine made to print. If you are in the market for a new printer you really cannot go wrong with this Brother Laser Printer.

I bought this printer because I need to print infrequently and I'm tired of inkjet drying out in between uses. I was looking for an affordable all in one laser (as sometimes I need to scan or make a copy as well) and found this at a decent price point. The set up and networking was easy and I have yet to plug it into my computer as the networking functions ACTUALLY WORK. I've been very happy with this printer and even though I chose the model that is a bit slower it's still a very fast printer with minimal warm up time and excellent quality prints. I would 100% recommend this to anyone in the market.

Printer is constantly going off line and we are unable to speak to any person to assist us. We are now considering to return the printer.

Excellent mono laser printer. Fast, quiet, good print quality. Value question not yet answered as toner cartridge only lasted about 300 pages and I expected over 2,000 pages. Now has an extra capacity cartridge installed. Too many steps to copy a page in other than original size. Does 95% of my printing as I need it efficiently, so I am very pleased.

I've been buying inkjet printers and because we are not big printers, I'd get one or two prints out of a cartridge so I finally broke down and bought a laser jet printer and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the printer is leaps and bounds better right from the second you hear it start to print, and.. it was so easy to set up the wireless print and I just love to be able to print something from any device and from anywhere in my home. Love love love it! ??

Printer works flawless. Being in Canada I tried to register the warranty on line and itvwould not let me because it only listed US states and no Canadain provinces . And would not let me input anything .only disappointment

The brother printer i purchased works very well. However the online support is abysmal. Also the set up instructions do not work. I had to have a technician come to my home to complete the setup. I even tried to get assistance from Staples Canada and they could not help

The printer was shipped to me and arrived in good condition. Within a matter of minutes, I was set up and up and running. I love all the features that came with the printer software it prints very fast at least fast enough for what I'm doing and I am so happy with it, I had owned it just yet Ecotek Ebsen prior to this and having to deal with the Inc and other issues instance not being able to make it connect wireless was always a pain. I have owned brothers printer before and always loved it so I have decided to go back to a brothers printer digitally the laser printers because of the cost of operation and yes, it connected to my net work with ease

Needed to replace old copier and chose a Brother 3 in 1 laser. Wireless printing a nice bonus. Took a little while to figure out menu and plus/minus keys, but wife is happy with the new device.

Throughout my history with Brother products, I've consistently enjoyed exceptional experiences. Their printers are renowned for their above-average quality. However, this particular printer has proven to be a notable exception, primarily due to a major issue that has had a significant impact on my satisfaction: wireless printing. While it performs well with my laptops, it consistently fails to communicate with phones and Chromebooks, even after adding various plugins and apps. Printing a single document can take an agonizingly long 15 to 20 minutes, often requiring the laborious process of uninstalling apps and forcing stops. Regrettably, I allowed the 30-day return window to lapse, compounding my frustration. Moreover, the warranty registration process adds another layer of disappointment. Despite possessing a receipt indicating my purchase date in March 2023, the system erroneously displays it as October 2022, resulting in a loss of 5 months of warranty coverage. As you can see, my level of disappointment and frustration is substantial.

It's reliable, which is more than I can say for the HP printers I've had previously. You can enter the WiFi password, which is huge. WPS single button network joining is not user-friendly, and sometimes just doesn't work, and you have no way of knowing why. Who knew having a printer whose network feature just works was as simple as being able to enter the dang WiFi password? Scanning and printing always work, no matter how long the printer has been in sleep mode. No fiddling with the power button or whatever. I only print a couple of times a month and scan once a week. The less often you do that sort of thing, the less printers tend to work. Not this one. It just works, every time. Having a proper paper tray is pretty cool. I didn't realize until now how silly it was that my old one just had the paper sticking out and getting dusty. Another really cool small thing is that the slot out of which printed documents come is large enough to hold US Letter sheets stably, without needing to extend a flimsy plastic holder. It does a lot for aesthetics, and you don't have to remember to pull it out before a print, lest your sheets end up on the ground, like many compact printers have you do. Another nice little thing is that the scanner cover is double-hinged. You can scan out of a notebook without it hanging towards awkwardly. The one thing I wish were better is the scanner software. You can't reorder pages after the fact, you can't fix the alignment of your page if it was crooked on the scanner window, for instance, and you can't zoom into the preview. They'd only need to add those to the software and it would be a 5/5.

Everything works great. My only disappointment is that it doesn't have the option of multiple feed copying. Perhaps it's my inability to decipher the "code" for that in the write-up, but to allow for better product understanding BEFORE purchase it would be nice if the capabilities of each product were more clearly displayed. Brother, as usual, produces a wonderful, reliable product and their customer service is exceptional!
