I love the ability to fill the tank. However, the printer is unable to scan 2-sided documents. When scanning documents from the top of the machine, the paper jams almost every time.

I love love LOVE this printer. I work from home and during the pandemic my printing needs skyrocketed. I had another very popular printer brand, and every time I went to print something was wrong, not to mention the amount of ink I burned through. I gave in and splurged on the Epson 3760 printer and could kick myself for not doing it sooner. I've now gone through almost 2 reams of paper and STILL have 75% of my ink left! Not only that it prints quickly, clearly and the only time it stalls is because I need to add more paper to the cassette. I have told everyone I know who works from home about this sucker. The set up was a piece of cake, I have all apple products and my husband is a microsoft guy, both of us were able to connect to the printer wirelessly without any problems. I don't typically leave reviews, but for this bad boy I had to. If you are on the fence, go ahead and jump. You'll save your sanity, and ink! Yes, it's a bit on the pricey side but that comes back real quick with how much you'll save in ink.

I bought it because I spending to much money on ink for other printers I bought in the past, either because the ink would dry up or the new cartridge would be empty.

Used to work at Epson, this is not what I expect from Epson. Slow, printing quality is soso, CAN NOT PRINT LEGAL!!! What the heck? Always asking questions to print scan or what ever. Lost of time. Display and keyboard is so cheap and bad.

-Great printer if you print lots in color and you want inexpensive ink. -Scanning is very slow (2 pages per minute, direct USB connection) in B&W, 200 dpi. spent lots of time with support to fix; they suggested buying a dedicated scanner. I would suggest keeping my inexpensive Brother All-in-One for scanning. 'scan to email' for Outlook desktop is not supported in Epson scansmart. (also spent a lot of time with support until they came up with that conclusion)

If you're goal is never to have to replace ink, this is the device for you. The device will work as advertised for about 2 years. What they don't tell you is that the device will fail before you run out of ink, and they will not support or replace it. So, you won't have to buy ink, you'll just have to buy a new printer. If you want something reliable that will last, look elsewhere.

I am about to buy a 3760 because I am tired of print cartridges running out just when you need to run off a document. Then there's the cost of a cartridge set at just over $60 which doesn't last any time at all. The 3760 is the answer for me! Just one question before I buy. What is the maximum weight of the paper that the 3760 will take? I need it to print up to 300 grams per square metre...Ray Shead

Two days of working with Epson's live telephone technical assistance and I'm still not able to connect to Epson Connect cloud print & scan services. And without Epson Connect I cannot register my new printer. The printer and scanner work fine but no cloud service. Frustrating.

I bought this a couple months ago and until now only printed a few pages of text. Today I tried to print a photo and I have to say in 20 years of buying hp printers I've never had a printer this poor in quality. I can't even believe you're able to put this on the market to customers and for the price you're getting. I'm very disappointed in this purchase and I wouldn't recommend this to a cave man because they can draw in stone nicer than this print quality.

Sorry about a technical review but nowhere else to post. I purchased 4 months ago and had problems printing from my ASUS Chromebook "wirelessly". Found solution with USB connection until recently. Called EPSON and after going through prodigals for 1 1/2 hours(no not listed in Advanced Printer Config), I was told to buy a new Apple or Microsoft Computer, not a solution. After frustrating call, I decided to compare IP address on Netgear Router which was different than the posted Network Status on Epson Printer. I put the Router IP into the Epson IPrint App and "Eureka" it worked. Be aware Routers do dynamically assign, so I may have to check in the future. Remember, there is always a possibility of a "workaround". If Epson reads this, here is the reference#210714004239. I hope this helps anyone with similar "Chromebook" problems.

Printer is pretty good Set up and instructions leave a little to be desired They really need to work on making set up more user friendly Not thrilled with the difficulty to change from paper to envelopes Otherwise I like it

I bought this about a year ago and Epson doesn't seem to care. The also tell you every time you call it's out of warrantee. In fact according to Epson, it's been out of warrantee since I bought it at Costco. It's a real piece of junk and I wouldn't advise anyone to buy it.

I purchased this printer to replace a dead HP, I was going to buy a laser printer at Costco and decided that the Epson made far more sense, good choice on my part.

I've been using printers for over thirty years. They've changed a lot through the years and one would think that by now, they would be better. This Epson, I can't even figure out how to print a copy without having to open the printer feature, scan it into a folder and then print. The manual is strictly "online" and it's about as clear as mud. I don't recommend it.

The only reason I rated it 1 star is because I had to. I'd rate it -5 if I could. Who cares that it practically never runs out of ink if the rest of the printer is a piece of garbage. If all you ever do is print paper, fine. Forget about it if you have to do anything else with it and it is not user friendly whatsoever. If I could throw this thing off a cliff before taking it back to the store, I would.

I purchase printer to save on ink and that cool , but for a $350 + all in one printer the ADF will not scan two side papers. Even the cheap HP with ADF does that. and the Management software is very limited .

Purchased at Costco on sale. Quite pleased. Waited 2 months before sending review. Double sided printing, scanner, copier, multi feed. Easy enough to set up, follow instructions - . I recommend. I wish it did duplex scanning. May print slower than some, I use at home...so not in a big hurry

I have put off writing tis review wanting to be fair and see if time could work out the issues I am having. I have about 25 years experience as an office manager so I am not a novice at setting up hardware. The $1 or $2 you save by not including a printed instruction manual is not worth the frustration I experienced in setting this up. My first trouble was getting the scanner to sync with the computer. I finally had to call a tech savvy friend to help. He finally figured it out on his second visit. We both visited the web site multiple time, in fact we saved the link to my desktop but it was cumbersome compared to a manual where you can quickly flip through the pages. So he figured it out and I thought I was in business. I printed two 5x7 pics and they printed beautifully. I am including a pic of the third one which came out a striped mess (picture included). After multiple attempts with the same result I gave up in frustration. I turned it off and tried again the next morning and it worked (picture included). You can clearly see what is happening. After about a month it is still doing it. It seems I have to turn it off after two prints (all have been 5x7) to get it to work again. When it works I am very happy with the quality but how much toner do I have to waste to get a nice finished product? I have never encountered this with any other printer. I bought it at Costco knowing they have a great return policy and that is probably what I will have to do. It's a rare thing for me to write a bad review but this printer seems to warrant it.

I followed the instructions and it has been working fine for over two months. I am waiting to get some Epson paper delivered here, to see what the print out will look like, the paper I have now sucks up a little more ink than I wan but, it dries very quickly. I have tested everything except for the automatic document feeder, will check that out later - I probably will not have any need for it, but just to make sure it works. I did have two paper jams, but I think it is the fault of the paper I am using, We'll see when the Epson paper gets here.

I bought this a month ago and use it for recipes and printing my bills from online accounts. The only thing that I would change is to print on the reverse side like a book instead of upside down.

Bought this printer about a month ago. I didn?t need anything this big, but it seems most other printers of this style were sold out. Setup is easy (maybe a bit too long though) with step by step instructions. Holds plenty of paper and more than enough ink than I?ll need. I took 1 star because I feel like there are some considerable flaws for the price of the printer. 1) it prints insanely slow 2) the colors on colored pages are not very bright and it doesn?t appear that adjusting any settings have changed this 3) if you are printing wirelessly from a phone, and are not near the printer to pull out the tray, the papers just shoot out onto the floor if you print more than one page

I bought this newer model. I formerly had the EPSON WorkForce ET-4550. I thought the printer was going bad but later found out that it was a Microsoft Update that messed with the printing but oh well. LOVE the new ink loading style. LOVE the many selections of photo paper type!!! HATE HATE HATE when I change the paper from letter to print a 4x6 that I have to click through some many screens to make it print. Really liked only having to only hit the up arrow 1 time to make it go. But so far the prints are awesome like the EPSON WorkForce ET-4550.

Purchased early March 2021 to replace a struggling expensive All-In-One. Positives: small footprint, less expensive ink (we?ll see, right?), and early on very good quality printing. Blacks are clear, no line breaks and no fading. Full color is near photo quality with no line breaks. Apple iPhone and iPad setup was instantaneous. Cons: PC setup was another issue. New Lenovo laptop took 15-20 minutes and had some quirks. Older Sony Vaio was a nightmare setting up. Installation manual says ink provided is only enough for setup and to be prepared to buy more. Color tanks were 3/4 full after setup so seems to contradict manual. Two additional black cartridges provided so don?t see any immediate need for ink. Small (non-touch) screen is tedious to navigate through, requiring directional toggling for every character entered during setup. Micro buttons (analog not digital) were finicky and although they worked the tactile feedback was different for most of them making me wonder if there will be a failure in my future. Only one paper tray so loading and unloading envelopes is necessary. But that?s why it?s smaller. Warming up and connecting to the network takes 5-7 minutes which is below expectations. The printer is right next to the modem and router. The Epson software was buggy and convoluted during setup and on one pc required a complete removal and reinstall. So early feeling is that it fits our home office needs, but time will tell if the ink tank system makes $ sense.

I finally got tired of my HP's quitting on me. The last two stopped communicating with my computer and I couldn't print up shipping labels and postage. Don't know if it was the fault of the HP printers or the computer. So I got the Epson ET-3760 and have beencompletely happy with it since. It works great with no problems and it's economical when it comes to printing. You just add the toner to the holding tanks which is easier than it sounds and is not a messy proposition. Plus the toner seems to be reasonably priced.
