TERRIBLE SERVICE - ALL CHAT/CHATBOT BASED SUPPORT - NO HUMANS
Had this printer 3 years. Subscribed to HP instant INK, replaced cartridge one day and communication issue with the cartridge. Since I have no warranty, nobody will help me with the issue. Garbage product and terrible customer service. Shame on you HP... Find your ethics!

Stopped printing in color
Worked well until it didn't! I have this printer for a little less than 3 years and now it will not print cyan. I've replaced a brand new ink cartridge for another new cartridge and it still wont work. I've followed all recommendations including cleaning the printhead and it just isn't working. Now I'm out of a printer with a bunch of new ink cartridges. I also own a canon that has worked longer than this one did. Super disappointing!!!

Reliable Hp printer
This is the second HP 7855 printer I have bought. It seems more solid than the updated version (which I returned).

Issues printing black
I am on my second 7800 series HP ENVY Photo printer. I thought the first one was a lemon, but am having the same issue with the second. After a few weeks of successful printing, the machine will not print clearly in black. Documents are faded/incomplete. Ink levels are practically full. Very frustrating.

Defective right out of the box!
The printer looks great and fit my space perfectly.
I set ii up with the USB Cable, inserted the cartridges, it ran the test page without an issue and then I get a warning to reinsert the color cartridge. I tried repeatedly and it wouldn't recognize that it was inserted.
I should have listened to the other reviews that said this printer is defective.
What has happened to HP!? I was trying to replace another recently bought HP printer that worked but took forever to start printing and made odd noises and flashing lights. I don't want a show, i want to print!
I'm done with HP after more than 2 decades of only buying this brand. I am going to wait for an Epson to go on sale and they will be my brand from now on as long as it's more reliable than this thing.

Disappointed
I ran all the alignment tests multiple times and the text is not crisp when printing. It also refuses to Connect with my computer again. Was only able to print from it twice. If you are looking for something professional I don't suggest this one

HP 7855 All in one photo printer
Hp photo all in one model 7855 was Easy to set up. Quieter than previous HP Envy 4560. Only just set up today, looking forward to using the extra features like scanning double sided, ports for memory stick and SD card, and much more.

Not user friendly
I haven't tried it but my sons say it's not very user friendly. And it includes a lot of other steps our previous Canon printer didn't.

Best printer for the price
Super high quality printing experience for the price. Smart feature made my experience even better. However the instant ink takes days to ship out, a bit disappointing. But the printer is the best I've ever owned.

Printing problem
Spent a lot of unnecessary time trying to change from metric to USA measurements on this printer.to print photos.
This information should be readily available and not hidden from the purchaser.

HP ENVY features
Uses combo color cartridge rather than 3 separate ones. I prefer the individual cartridges as I have more control. Also the scan to computer is more complicated.
Works well but all in all preferred the prior one.

Great purchase. This is my second HP printer. Love the brand. Great quality. Love the fact I don't ever have to worry about how much ink I have left?. I get ink mailed to me automatically.

Great printer.
Good overall printer even if the ink cartridge are much, much smaller than our previous All in One. Love the App to print miles away from home, which is really great as I dont have to wait, just sign scan and resend.

Compatible With My Mac
I had to find something compatible with my MacBook Pro that printed at a decent speed and had the ink subscription deal. I'm not a heavy user of the printer and often my ink runs dry from under use. This way they send me ink whenever I need it and I just pay a monthly fee based on usage. With the price of ink for me this is a great deal.

Good Quality Home Printer
Easy to set up and provides good quality prints and does so with good speed. My only complaint is that when I send a print request by wifi to the printer from my computer it often comes back as being "offline". I then have to shut down and restart the printer before it recognizes the print request.

HP 7855 colour copier
Overall it's a great copier. It has all the functions that a person requires. It does have one problem though; it will not allow the user to print 4"x6" photos from your computer. You must load the images onto a usb thumb drive. It took me a long time to discover this; HP customer service was ZERO help. If I could have received help from HP customer support I would have given this unit 5 stars

Frustrating
Every time I go to use this printer, it doesn't work. Constantly says its out of paper when it is not, the bluetooth feature is always not working. Perhaps worst of all is when I try to restart it, it won't shut down unless I physically unplug it. Very unreliable for the price.

Not working well
It keeps saying it is out of paper when it isn't. The app keeps disconnecting and needs to be reinstalled. I might be returning. Trying to figure out what is going on.

HP isn't as good as they should be!
The rollers don't pick up the paper. We are constantly having to open the drawer, fluff the paper, shut the drawer and hope it picks it up this time. Also, when there are multiple pages it doesn't always print the whole page. It will print half a page and then a black line and then nothing. The colors don't come out very well. I tried to print a photo and it had weird spots on it, took forever to dry, and didn't look like a photo at all once it did dry.

Nice functional printer
This is a nice functional printer, copier, fax machine. If I had it to do over again I would spend an extra hundred dollars and get the next one up. It is great if you were only using plain paper. There are some problems with using heavy white paper. HP gives great service and are extremely helpful on the phone. I love the Instant ink program for you never run out of ink. Technical Support is above average.

Really like this printer. It has great color and clear black and white. Cartridges are easy to replace and I have Instantink to remind me when they are running low.

Great Printer
This is my second HP all purpose printer. I am very pleased with it. It was easy set up and it works much better than my previous printer in allowing me to print different size pictures. The only thing thing I would change is the way you load paper. It is more difficult than my previous printer. Not a major problem.
